Warm & Cool Spaces
Warm & Cool Spaces are safe and friendly places that are free to use for anyone struggling to heat their home in the winter or keep cool during the summer.
There are a network of Warm & Cool Spaces across the borough open all year around.
These include libraries, leisure centres, community centres and community hubs.
Some venues also have free refreshments, activities, and other services such as free Wi-Fi.

Hosted by HoPEC (House of Polish and European Community). Soup, tea and coffee board games, reading corner and occasional activities.
