Refer yourself/your family members to our service. We are here to help. We provide information and advice for anyone worried about their own or someone else’s memory. Anyone who has a diagnosis of dementia or is a carer/family member of a person who is living with dementia and resides in Havering are welcome to get in touch with us.
Upminster Dementia Choir
